When you create a profile with YAPB, we store: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar; any bio, links, banner, or colors you set; reputation and vouch records; XP and badges; and verification status.
This data is used solely to render and display your profile, calculate reputation and rankings, and operate the bot's features. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
Profiles are public by default. Your profile card and the information on it can be viewed by anyone via the bot or its public web pages, unless you set your profile to private using /private.
Verification uses Discord's OAuth2 with the identify scope only. We use it once to confirm you are a real, logged-in Discord user. We do not access your email, messages, or servers.
You can permanently delete all of your data at any time by running /deleteprofile. This immediately removes your profile, links, badges, vouches, and all associated records.
We retain your data only while your profile exists. Deleted profiles are removed from our active database immediately.
